e-Manifest
e-Manifest was introduced by Irish Customs in 2015 in order to create an inventory linked system for Customs. Legislation was enacted requiring all Carriers, in particular Airlines and Shipping lines, to file manifests for both third country and community goods. The legislation allows for Agents of carriers to complete these formalities on their clients behalf.
